Rule 123
Proposal to pass the bill
After the meeting has been discussed quarterly, and in the case of quarterly discussion in the committee, after the discussion on the report of the committee has finished and the amendments have been submitted to the assembly for decision, the member presenting the bill will present a proposal to pass the bill.
